L G Keeton2024-01-04Jerry is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He met me on a bad day when I'd had less than 4 hrs sleep. He was caring enough to work around a later appt time. He explained to me the logic behind NOT using bait stations, which made perfect sense. I'd rather take the more humane route anyway. Jerry also has reasonable pricing. I had a different man/company want to charge me $1600 when rats chewed through the soffits on my home and invaded. When I told him I couldn't afford the price he went to his truck and brought me back a bottle of peppermint oil. He told me to place the oil on cotton swabs around my home and the rats would be gone by morning bc of the smell. He couldn't have been more wrong. When I started hearing rodent activity in my RV I paid a company to come out and do pest and rodent control. They did the pest control and I was charged the inflated initial fee. Then they told me that they didn't provide rodent control for RV's. It didn't take long for Jerry to find the routes rodents were taking to get into my RV and set the humane traps. Jerry told me that his traps will not trap other nearby animals like the cat next door or squirrels, etc. I'm excited to see what's been reconstructing my walls! Thank you Jerry for providing professional, reasonable service and your positive outlook.
